Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Elite Roast Ventures ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what happens when you use the contact form on this website: what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can do about it.
What We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to enter: your name, email address, and message. We don't collect anything beyond what's in that form. No account creation, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts running on this site at present.
How We Use It
Solely to respond to your enquiry. We don't use it for marketing, we don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who Else Processes It
We use a third-party service, Web3Forms, to route form submissions from this website to our email inbox, since we don't run our own mail server. As part of that:
- Your submission is transmitted over HTTPS and stored by Web3Forms, encrypted at rest on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, for up to 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted from their systems.
- Your IP address and email may be shared with Web3Forms' spam-detection partners (CleanTalk and Akismet) solely to filter out spam and abusive submissions, not for advertising or resale.
- Once your message reaches our inbox, it's retained there like any normal email, until we choose to delete it.
You can read Web3Forms' own privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
We also use hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., to help distinguish real visitors from automated spam bots when the contact form is submitted. hCaptcha runs silently in the background for most visitors and only shows a visible challenge if your traffic looks unusual. As part of this:
- hCaptcha may process your IP address, browser/device information, and certain interaction signals (such as timing and on-screen behaviour) to assess whether the submission is likely human.
- hCaptcha is designed to avoid long-term retention of this data where possible, and states it does not use this information for advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Because Intuition Machines is based in the United States, this involves an international data transfer; hCaptcha participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework as a transfer safeguard for EU/UK visitors.
You can read hCaptcha's own privacy policy at hcaptcha.com/privacy.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers of any kind.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including asking us to request early deletion from Web3Forms rather than waiting out the 30-day window. Just email us using the details below.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes (for example, if we add analytics or a newsletter in future), we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
